Disciple Window Tint (hereinafter, “We,” “Us,” “Our”) is offering a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (the “Agreement”).
Program Description
By opting in to or participating in our SMS/MMS mobile message program, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, your agreement to resolve any disputes with us through binding arbitration, as detailed in the “Dispute Resolution” section below. This Agreement is limited to the Program and is not intended to modify other Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy that may govern the relationship between you and Us in other contexts.
User Opt-In
The Program allows you to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by affirmatively opting in, such as through online or application-based enrollment forms. Regardless of the opt-in method used to join, you agree that this Agreement applies to your participation in the Program. By participating, you consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in. You understand that consent is not required to make any purchase from Us. Message and data rates may apply.
User Opt-Out
If you no longer wish to participate in the Program or agree to this Agreement, reply “STOP” to any mobile message from Us to opt out. You may receive a confirmation message regarding your opt-out. This is the exclusive method for opting out. Standard mobile carrier rates apply to messages you send or receive as part of the Program.
Program Duration
The Program is offered at our discretion. We may modify or terminate the Program at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy from time to time.
No Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The Program is provided “as-is” and may not be available in all areas or at all times. It may be affected by changes in products, software, coverage, or other services from your wireless carrier. We are not liable for any delays or failures in message delivery related to this Program. Delivery depends on effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator, which is beyond our control. We are not responsible for the actions of wireless carriers or other third-party service providers.

Supported Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and others. The Program may not be available on all carriers.

You may opt out of the Program at any time by texting “STOP” to the number from which you receive messages.
